Our Story:

For us, the fascination with the Maltese breed began in 1995 when I received my first Maltese as a gift. Lauren, as she was known, stole my heart! I soon became an avid student of the breed. I read everything I could find, and spoke to as many Maltese breeders and owners as I could.
That excitement soon turned to obsession after I attended my first all breed dog show. The unusually large entry of Maltese that day was overwhelming. All those beautiful, white dogs, with their soulful black eyes seemed to say, "Don't you just LOVE us"
. . . and I did!
After some success in the ring, our partnership was formed in 1999. At that time, our affection for the breed instantly doubled . Our love for Maltese continued to grow and Jocra' Maltese came to be. We continue today with our dedication to the breed we love so much, both taking an active role in the breeding, training, socialization, and presentation of our dogs and puppies.
W e owe an enormous debt of gratitude to the breeders that came before us. In particular, Laraine Moren of Lar Mors Maltese. She provided us with the means with which to begin our program, as well as constant support. Simply put, no words can ever express the gratitude we have for her professional guidance, shared knowledge, and most of all, her friendship.
